• How long you have been training
  
• Your experience with AAS, peptides or SARMs (if any)
  
• Roughly where in Scandinavia you are based
  
• What brought you here
  
• What your current goals are
  

Keep it casual. There is no template. Some people write two sentences, some write two paragraphs. Both are fine.

One thing: read the board rules before you post anywhere else. It saves you from stepping on something by accident.
