Found something broken? Post a thread here using this format so we can fix it quickly.

Thread title
Short and descriptive. "Login button does nothing on mobile Safari" beats "Bug."

What to include

  1. Steps to reproduce: What exactly did you do? Walk us through it like we have never seen the board before.
  2. Expected result: What should have happened?
  3. Actual result: What happened instead?
  4. Browser and device: Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone 15, Firefox on Windows, etc.
  5. Screenshot or recording: If the bug is visual, a screenshot helps more than a paragraph of description.

Severity guide
  • Critical: Cannot log in, data loss, security issue. PM staff immediately in addition to posting here.
  • Major: A core feature is broken but there is a workaround.
  • Minor: Cosmetic issue, typo, something slightly off.
