How to Run a Cycle Log
A cycle log is one of the most useful things you can do for yourself and for the community. It creates a record you can look back on, and it gives others real data to learn from. Here is how to set one up.
Your first post should include:
- Stats: Age, height, weight, body fat estimate, years training
- Cycle history: What you have run before (if anything) and how it went
- Current cycle: Every compound, dose, frequency and duration
- Ancillaries: AI, liver support, blood pressure meds, anything you are running alongside
- PCT plan: What you will use, when you will start, how long you will run it
- Pre-cycle bloodwork: Post the relevant markers (testosterone, estradiol, liver enzymes, lipids, CBC at minimum)
- Goals: What you want out of this cycle specifically
Weekly updates
Post an update at least once a week. Cover: weight changes, strength progress, how you feel, any sides, diet adjustments. The more consistent you are, the more useful the log becomes.
After the cycle
Post your PCT experience, recovery bloodwork and an honest assessment of what worked and what you would change. This final post is often the most valuable part of the entire log.
Tag your thread title with the main compounds. Something like "Test E 500 / Deca 300, 16 Weeks" makes it easy for others to find relevant logs.
