How to Report a Bug
Found something broken? Post a thread here using this format so we can fix it quickly.
Thread title
Short and descriptive. "Login button does nothing on mobile Safari" beats "Bug."
What to include
- Steps to reproduce: What exactly did you do? Walk us through it like we have never seen the board before.
- Expected result: What should have happened?
- Actual result: What happened instead?
- Browser and device: Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone 15, Firefox on Windows, etc.
- Screenshot or recording: If the bug is visual, a screenshot helps more than a paragraph of description.
Severity guide
- Critical: Cannot log in, data loss, security issue. PM staff immediately in addition to posting here.
- Major: A core feature is broken but there is a workaround.
- Minor: Cosmetic issue, typo, something slightly off.
We triage bugs by severity. Critical issues get same-day attention. For questions and general support, use Feedback and Support instead.
