Dear Friends, We have had several emails from shop owners and also other members asking if we could help them to accept payments the safe and easy way using our accounts and cards.

We asked one of our old clients to help out and he was nice enough to write this guide. Offcourse there are several ways to setup and keep track of everything but this will do fine just to show how easy it is.

Quote:Our Shop sells items that are not so lets say legal friendly Big Grin so we have to accept payment without giving out our personal details. That is why we use anonymous accounts ..

We sell items for around 50,000 $ per month. Every order is average of 200-1000 $ . Per day we get 1-3 orders.

How we do is that we order 20 cards per month from Bernt , so with each card one accpets 3000 $ so we are ok since total will be 60,000 and we get around 50,000 per month

since we order 20 cards what we do is when we get them we give each card a number up to nr 20. Like this :

1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8...
20
now, so we get in orders. Lets say we get 2 orders on Monday from person with names Mr Muscle Head and Mr Biceps Curl . Order is for 400 and one for 900 $

so then we write this on the list like this :;

1.Mr Muscle head 400 $ so we give him the account nr attached to card nr 1
2.Mr Biceps Curl 900 $ so we give him the account nr attached to card nr 2

We always tell our clients they have 24 hours to pay. Because is good way to keep track of every one. and also this way we can use same account again for other orders until it reaches 3000 $.
after we see online that the 400 and 900 are in the account nr 1 and 2 we send out the order and then delete the names. But we keep the amount on card 1 and 2 like this

1. 400 $
2. 900 $

this way we also will know how much is left on the 3000 $. offcourse you do not need to do so because you will have the online banking. But we like to do it because we are lazy bastards.

I hope this does help a bit. I am sorry because my english is realy bad and i am not so good at explaining. Blush
