Have an idea that would make Roidboard better? We want to hear it.
How to post an idea
- Search first. If someone already suggested it, add your thoughts to that thread.
- Start a new thread in this board with the Suggestion prefix. One idea per thread keeps the discussion focused.
- Start with the problem, then your idea. "I miss replies to my listings when I am on my phone" tells us more than "add notifications".
- Say who it helps: buyers, vendors, new members or everyone.
What happens next
We read every suggestion. Staff mark a thread Planned when we are going to build it and Declined when we are not, usually with a short reason. When something ships, it goes in the Changelog.
Not a feature request?
- Something broken: post it in Bug Reports.
- A problem with your own account: send a private message to someone on the Forum Team.
- A moderation decision you disagree with: send a private message to the staff member who made it, or to an administrator.
