Quick answers

• Changing your username: send a request on the Change username page in your User CP. Your account needs to be at least 7 days old or have at least 5 posts, and you can have one open request at a time. VIP members can change their name themselves every 90 days, and Donators every 365 days.
  
• Checking a trader: use Check a member in the Scam Register and read their feedback thread. If you were scammed, use Report a scam.
  
• Selling as a vendor: read How to Apply as a Vendor, then send your application on Vendor Apply.
  
• A quick question: ask in the Help channel of the shoutbox on the front page.
  
• Questions or ideas about the site: start a thread in Feedback & Support.
  
• Something broken: post in Bug Reports and tell us what you did, what happened and on which device.
  
• Talking to staff: the Forum Team page lists everyone on the team, or you can use Contact Us.
